Midtown West: S’Aimer, a sibling to Jasmine’s Caribbean, joins the Theater District’s Restaurant Row with what’s billed as a French and Caribbean lounge and restaurant. The menu lists seared duck with mango chutney, plantains, oxtail, and black bass with a caper sauce.
